Assured Automotive seeks skilled detailers to maintain and enhance vehicle appearances.
Your role involves pre-washing, polishing, and cleaning vehicles, ensuring they meet the highest standards before customer delivery. You will be instrumental in maintaining shop cleanliness and organization while collaborating to achieve top repair facility KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Clean vehicle exteriors by hand and equipment
• Polish and detail windows, lights, and body
• Vacuum, shampoo interiors, and remove stains
• Maintain shop cleanliness including garbage disposal
• Implement WOW standards to enhance efficiency
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail with accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license and ability to lift over 50 lbs
