As a Parts Advisor, you will identify, source, order, and sell automotive parts for customers and the service department. You will maintain accurate inventory, assist technicians with required parts, and provide fast, friendly, knowledgeable service. Previous parts experience is required for this experienced opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers professionally and courteously
Sell parts through the shop, phone, and counter
Deliver parts to technicians in the shop
Prepare orders for shipment, delivery, or pickup
Review back orders and issue returned-parts credits
Requirements:
Previous automotive parts experience
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to learn electronic parts catalogues
CDK software experience considered an asset
Honda product knowledge considered an asset
