Position: Senior Business Analyst to support a stakeholders with process mapping, requirement elicitation and managing user
Our valued Public Sector client requires a Senior Business Analyst to support a stakeholders with process mapping, requirement elicitation and managing user stories in the public sector.
Responsibilities:
Analyze the work to be done and develop a business requirements work planReverse Engineering regional systems to establish a baseline of requirementsBusiness Process modelling to describe business processes supported by the softwareOther business analysis modelling of the current and future state to support product development.Communicate and liaise with numerous stakeholders to gather information on information holdings and business requirementsFacilitate meetings and interviews to elicit business requirements, and pose questions to determine what the clients needs areWork on AGILE SCRUM teams supporting the Product Owner to populate and refine the Product BacklogsProvide a coherent view of user stories so that development teams understand the work to be doneWork with the project teams to set Product RoadmapsAct as Business Analyst in System Testing to ensure that products meet business requirementsDevelop meeting agendas and meeting plans to elicit requirements from stakeholdersProvide bi-weekly status reports to the technical authorityMust Have:
10+ years experience working as a Business AnalystMinimum 5 years experience gathering requirements from multiple teams across different departments/regionsValid Enhanced Reliability Clearance
