Our public sector education client is seeking a Senior Change Management Consultant (10+ years) to lead accreditation-focused change management initiatives using stakeholder engagement and change management strategies
This engagement supports accreditation readiness initiatives within a public sector education environment. The consultant will independently lead and deliver end-to-end change management activities across stakeholder engagement, communications, surveys, training materials, and adoption measurement. The role requires a hands-on practitioner who can operate at both strategic and tactical levels while supporting awareness and understanding of completed improvement initiatives across faculty, staff, learners, and stakeholders.
Initial 3-6 month contract, flexible part-time and full-time working options available. Ottawa, ON. 7.5 hours per day Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities- Engage stakeholders to understand needs, impacts, and opportunities
- Develop change management strategies and implementation plans
- Design and execute stakeholder engagement activities
- Develop surveys and assessments
- Create communications, presentations, training materials, and change artifacts
- Deliver change management activities and measure adoption outcomes
- 10+ years delivering Change Management initiatives in complex organizational environments
- Fully bilingual in English and French
- Hands-on delivery of stakeholder engagement

- Demonstrated experience within accreditation / higher education
