Consultants will support adoption, prepare strategic materials, and coordinate discussions across stakeholder groups.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead or support organizational change initiatives
- Support organizational adoption and transition activities
- Prepare strategic communications for senior executives
- Develop executive briefings and upward reporting materials
- Coordinate engagement across multiple stakeholder groups
- Eight or more years as a federal government change management consultant
- Eight or more years as a communications and engagement consultant
- Experience supporting complex organizations through change
- Experience communicating with senior leadership stakeholders
- Experience engaging Canadian Armed Forces personnel is relevant
