Lead insurance analysis remotely at Cover Go using requirements elicitation, process modeling, and stakeholder management across digital transformation programs.
As Lead Business Analyst, you will work with clients and technical resources to identify business problems and develop analytical solutions. You will produce functional specifications, guide direct-report Business Analysts, and support insurance and Insurtech transformation initiatives. The role requires strong communication, Agile/Scrum experience, and business readiness expertise.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify business problems with clients and technical resources
- Produce functional specifications through requirements gathering and elicitation
- Lead Business Analysts and improve their craftsmanship
- Create process models, test plans, and process documentation
- Assess process efficiency and recommend improvements
- Degree in Business, IT, or relevant field
- At least seven years of Business Analyst experience
- Previous insurance or Insurtech industry experience
- Agile/Scrum project planning and release management experience
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
