Commercial Manager Contract Administration

Commercial Manager at WSP supports contract administration and project controls across Canada’s infrastructure, environmental, and advisory projects. Advanced Microsoft Office skills are central.

This role partners with Project Managers, Finance, Legal, Project Controls, and commercial leaders. You will manage agreements, governance processes, commercial records, risks, changes, and reporting throughout project life cycles. The position supports informed decisions and consistent commercial operations across diverse projects.

• Coordinate commercial agreement intake, review, approvals, execution, and escalations
• Prepare agreements, amendments, and subconsultant documentation
• Maintain contracts, approvals, risks, insurance, changes, and close-out records
• Coordinate project setup budgets, work breakdown structures, and controls data
• Administer change management, claims, disputes, and project close-out activities

• Post-secondary education in business, finance, engineering, or related discipline
• Approximately 5-7 years commercial or contract administration experience
• Knowledge of project life cycles and commercial governance processes
• Advanced proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Share Point
• Eligibility for required Government of Canada personnel security status
