Key Responsibilities:- Determine resource needs, budgets, cost estimates, and timelines
- Complete immediate risk assessments and develop mitigation plans
- Create project schedules independently and monitor completion
- Prepare funding business cases with clear, precise information
- Provide regular status, risk, opportunity, and schedule updates
- Three to five years of project management work experience
- Proven on-time, on-budget delivery within project specifications
- Ability to create class D estimates without consultant support
- Ability to manage multiple projects across development stages
- Project Management Institute accreditation or progress toward accreditation
