Our Federal Government client is seeking a senior Business Consultant to support a large-scale IM/IT modernization and digital transformation initiative. The successful candidate will provide strategic business consulting, business process analysis, stakeholder engagement, governance support, and requirements management services in a complex enterprise environment.
Mandatory Qualifications- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Business Consultant and/or Business Analyst.
- Minimum 10 years of experience developing and documenting business strategies, business requirements, and business processes for enterprise IM/IT or digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience supporting at least two (2) enterprise IM/IT modernization or digital transformation projects.
- Experience with current-state and future-state business process analysis, requirements management, and impact assessment.
- Experience supporting stakeholder engagement, governance processes, workshops, briefings, and change enablement activities.
- Experience delivering Business Consulting or Business Analysis services on at least one Public Sector project.
- Development of enterprise business strategies, operating models, and service delivery models.
- Experience integrating business requirements with technical delivery teams.
- Transition-to-operations, operational readiness, and knowledge transfer experience.
- Executive advisory support, governance board participation, and senior stakeholder engagement.
- Experience working in large, complex enterprise environments with distributed operations and multiple business lines.
- Relevant certifications such as CBAP, ECBA, ITIL, Lean Six Sigma, PRINCE2, Prosci, or equivalent.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience supporting enterprise transformation initiatives, business process improvement, governance, and stakeholder management within complex public sector environments, with the ability to effectively bridge business and technical teams.
