Senior Reconciliation Product Manager

Reconciliation platform leadership at Mercury requires systems thinking, technical fluency, and a commitment to correctness, reliability, and trustworthy financial operations.

As Senior Product Manager, you will lead Mercury’s reconciliation platform strategy, roadmap, and evolution. You will partner with Engineering, Product, Finance, Operations, and Accounting. Your work will automate complex workflows, strengthen financial controls, and support end-to-end auditability across money movement systems.

• Own reconciliation platform vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Understand schemas, transformations, dependencies, and failure modes
• Define priorities with Product, Accounting, Finance, and Operations
• Build discrepancy investigation and resolution tools
• Balance operational needs with long-term platform leverage

• 7+ years managing technical platforms, infrastructure, or data products
• Strong systems thinking and reusable platform solution instincts
• Experience driving ambiguous work through delivery independently
• Exceptional cross-functional partnership and prioritization skills
• Commitment to correctness, reliability, and trustworthy internal systems
