Duties and Responsibilities
:
Assist with mainline asphalt paving operationsSupport paving equipment operations, compaction and joint qualitySet up and maintain safe working zonesCommunicate effectively with team membersFollow all company safety policies, OHSA requirements, and site-specific rulesMaintain clean, organized, and safe job sitesPerform other duties as assignedRequirements:
Previous mainline paving or heavy civil construction experience preferredStrong understanding of asphalt paving processes and teamworkAbility to work safely around heavy equipment and live trafficValid driver’s licenseCavanagh
