Key Responsibilities:

• Complete outstanding construction repairs at various home stages

• Conduct 1st and 2nd Handy’s for drywall, caulking, and trim

• Address items from handover and deficiency checklists

• Install and adjust windows, doors, and trim components

• Support City Inspection readiness by coordinating checklist items

Requirements:

• 3–5 years in low rise residential construction

• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle

• Proficiency in drywall, trim, and carpentry

• Strong attention to detail and quality standards

• Comfortable using technology and effective communication skills
