As a Site Superintendent at Broccolini, you will take on a pivotal role overseeing field operations for construction projects valued up to $30 million.
Responsibilities- Coordinate daily site activities to meet contract and quality standards
- Support health, safety, and environmental compliance initiatives
- Manage documentation of site activities and daily logs
- Assist with project scheduling using MS Project tools
- Supervise and coach field staff, promoting a protected work setting
- High school diploma; diploma/degree in Civil Engineering preferred
- 4+ years of construction supervision experience
- Solid knowledge of construction documents and safety practices
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and construction management software
