Position: Level 1 Labourer for NAC Constructors
Be part of North America Construction’s team as a Level 1 Labourer, supporting diverse construction projects. Your focus on safety, site maintenance, and manual labor will be pivotal to our success.

As a Level 1 Labourer under the Civil Superintendent, you’ll actively participate in physical labor for major construction works. Expected tasks include site preparation, assisting tradespeople, and ensuring cleanliness at all times. Your hardworking nature will help facilitate smooth operations and project milestones.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct general site clean-up and maintain facilities

• Assist in excavation efforts and traffic control

• Perform daily safety assessments identifying potential hazards

• Engage in various forms of manual labor to support projects

• Restock supplies and support tradespeople as needed

Requirements:

• Previous construction experience is a plus

• Capacity to lift 40 pounds or more safely

• Knowledge of workplace safety procedures

• Valid certifications for WHMIS and Working at Heights

• Strong attendance record and positive attitude
