Modernized Construction Services (MCS) is a growing Ottawa-based construction company specializing in residential and commercial concrete construction. From foundations and structural concrete to shotcrete, rehabilitation, and custom projects, we take pride in delivering high‑quality workmanship, professionalism, and reliable service across Ottawa and surrounding areas.

We are currently looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team.

• Supervise and coordinate construction crews on‑site
• Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule
• Communicate with team members, subcontractors, and management
• Monitor quality control and site safety
• Read and interpret project plans and drawings
• Assist with scheduling materials and workflow

• Previous construction supervisor experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license required
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and crews
• Reliable, organized, and safety‑focused
• Experience in concrete construction is considered a strong asset
