Elevate your estimating career as a Senior Estimator in Ontario or British Columbia. This hybrid role focuses on project evaluation, relationship building, and mentoring junior staff.
We are seeking a Senior Estimator with over 8 years of experience in the ICI construction industry. Your expertise in excavation, formwork, and estimation software will be vital for successful project completions. The role involves compiling bid documents, verifying supplier proposals, and engaging with trade partners to achieve project visions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform quantitative evaluations of required materials and labor
• Prepare and summarize quantities based on projects
• Identify prices for labor, equipment, and materials
• Review amounts from suppliers and subcontractors thoroughly
• Mentor junior estimators and support their development
Requirements:
• University degree or college diploma in project estimation
• 8+ years of ICI estimating experience
• Strong knowledge in excavation and formwork
• Familiarity with estimation software
• Proven experience in leading and mentoring teams
