Key Responsibilities:

• Identify discrepancies and constructability concerns in projects

• Prepare and submit tenders using Autodesk Building Connected

• Visit project sites to assess conditions and challenges

• Maintain an active database of validated unit pricing

• Lead meetings with stakeholders to ensure project alignment

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Architectural/Engineering disciplines

• Familiarity with CCDC Contracts is advantageous

• High integrity and a willingness to learn

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong interpersonal relationship-building abilities
