As part of LA Group, you will be integral to our award-winning construction firm. This full-time role requires at least 10 years of experience in residential construction and renovations. You'll ensure project timelines, manage subcontractor tasks, and perform field work as necessary alongside the Senior Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee entire project phases from design drawings to completion

• Interpret and review construction specifications accurately

• Coordinate deliverable timelines and scope assessments

• Maintain records and ensure timely delivery from subcontractors

• Conduct fieldwork to resolve onsite challenges

Requirements:

• Expertise in AutoCAD and relevant software

• Civil Engineering Technician course or equivalent

• 10+ years in home construction experience

• Strong mathematical and problem-solving abilities

• Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations
