Project Coordinator

Position: Project Coordinator at Teraflex
Become a critical player at Teraflex as a Project Coordinator, focusing on delivering projects onsite while ensuring they stay on time and within budget. This full-time role combines coordination, stakeholder management, and project documentation.

Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will facilitate the seamless execution of multiple projects, collaborating with project teams, clients, and vendors.

Your role involves proactive tracking of project performance, resource allocation, and liaising with authorities for necessary approvals. Your expertise in construction and excellent communication skills will be essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely delivery of projects within scope and budget

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties for project execution

• Track project performance and advise on potential risks

• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

• Liaise with authorities to secure permits and approvals

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Project Coordinator

• Education in Construction Estimating, Engineering, or related field

• Proficient in Microsoft Project and MS Office software

• Strong communication skills; bilingualism an asset

• Understanding of civil construction and utilities preferred
