Richcraft Homes is seeking a Health and Safety Coordinator to support safety initiatives and compliance within the construction industry. With responsibilities in coordinating training, managing safety meetings, and assisting in employee onboarding, this is a key position in promoting a culture of safety. Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate safety meetings with staff and trade personnel
• Track and manage employee training compliance
• Co-chair Joint Health and Safety Committee meetings
• Distribute minutes from safety discussions
• Assist with new employee onboarding in safety protocols
Requirements:
• 1-3 years of health and safety experience in construction
• Knowledge of applicable OHSA regulations
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent interpersonal communication abilities
• Ability to travel to various construction sites
