As an HSE Coordinator reporting to HSE Manager Daniel Massey, you will oversee health and safety compliance for your project. With 1-2 years of experience in construction, you’ll drive initiatives like daily hazard assessments and site inspections. This role is vital for supporting operations and ensuring adherence to safety protocols and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Complete daily hazard assessments for site safety
• Conduct weekly and daily site inspections thoroughly
• Review and assist with work-related permit processes
• Prepare JTA’s for upcoming project tasks
• Report incidents and environmental issues accurately
Requirements:
• 1-2 years in the construction industry required
• Experience in heavy civil construction necessary
• Bilingual in English and French is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft software applications
• Class G driver’s license is required
