Monitor project schedules, manpower, equipment, and material needs to maintain productivity and support project milestones.

Coordinate with project managers, inspectors, subcontractors, and other trades to resolve field issues and ensure successful project execution.

Conduct daily safety meetings, enforce safety protocols, and promote a strong culture of workplace safety.

Maintain accurate daily reports, time records, progress logs, and project documentation.

Identify and resolve field challenges proactively to minimize delays and maintain project quality.

Basic Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.

5+ years of experience in concrete construction with experience leading crews or supervising field operations.

Strong understanding of concrete placement, finishing, formwork, reinforcement, and curing practices.

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.

Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and construction management software.

Valid driver’s license and ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Experience working on commercial, industrial, manufacturing, infrastructure, or heavy civil construction projects.

OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.

ACI certification, CPR/First Aid certification, or other construction‑related credentials.

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.

Experience managing subcontractors, coordinating concrete testing and inspections, and maintaining quality control processes.
