Concrete Superintendent

Position: Concrete Superintendent at Valar Atomics
Drive concrete operations at Valar Atomics as a Structural Concrete Superintendent. Oversee projects in Utah, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency in all concrete activities.

This role focuses on daily field operations, crew management, and collaboration with project managers and subcontractors. You will lead concrete placement, finishing, and related civil work, ensuring compliance with project specifications and quality standards. Your leadership will foster a strong safety culture and maintain high productivity across all concrete-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily concrete construction activities and crews

• Plan and coordinate concrete placement and finishing

• Ensure work adherence to quality standards and safety protocols

• Monitor project schedules and resource needs

• Resolve field issues with project teams and subcontractors

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required

• 5+ years of concrete construction experience

• Strong understanding of concrete practices

• Ability to read construction drawings and specifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to work outdoors
