Key Responsibilities:

• Complete repairs during the home construction phases

• Conduct 1st and 2nd Handy’s with precision on various tasks

• Address deficiencies using checklists during builds

• Install windows, doors, and finalize trim work

• Ensure clean and organized construction sites

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3–5 years experience in residential construction

• Valid driver's license and access to dependable vehicle

• Proficient in carpentry, drywall, and repair techniques

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Effective communication skills and ability to use technology
