Overview

Responsibilities- Oversee estimating team for proposal activities
- Evaluate project documents to establish pricing strategies
- Lead preparation of detailed cost estimates for various projects
- Work with cross-functional teams on bids and risk analysis
- Conduct site visits and manage quantity take-offs
- 10+ years of experience in ICI estimating
- Successful leadership in managing tenders and proposals
- Profound understanding of construction methods and pricing
- Knowledge of take-offs and CCDC contract types
- Proficiency in Excel and estimating software preferred
