HSE Coordinator

Position: HSE Coordinator at Broccolini
Become a vital part of Broccolini’s team as a Health, Safety, and Environment Coordinator. Ensure workplace safety by implementing protocols, conducting training, and promoting a safety culture across job sites.

As a detail-oriented HSE Coordinator, you will work closely with the HSE Supervisor to guarantee the well-being of our teams. This role requires you to facilitate Joint Health and Safety Committee meetings, oversee site inspections, and develop emergency response plans. Your hands-on experience will help strengthen safety practices across diverse construction projects at Broccolini, while promoting our core values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Joint Health & Safety Committee meetings and inspections

• Conduct routine site inspections and enforce corrective actions

• Develop and implement emergency response and evacuation plans

• Deliver site-specific orientations and safety briefings

• Manage compliance documentation and inspection reports

Requirements:

• NCSO designation or equivalent safety certification

• Degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field

• 2 to 5 years of experience in construction safety

• Strong understanding of safety legislation

• Valid driver’s license with access to a vehicle
