Overview

- Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and logistics to maintain safety and project timelines.
- Assist in implementing safety programs and compliance standards.
- Monitor workmanship quality and construction processes.
- Help document site progress and track deficiencies.
- Experience in entry-level supervisory roles in construction.
- Exposure to various project types, especially ICI (industrial, commercial, institutional).
- Solid understanding of safety and construction practices.
- Organized, proactive approach with solid communication.
- Aspiration to grow into a Superintendent capacity.
