Key Responsibilities:

• Review project documents for scope and risks

• Develop estimates for projects of various sizes

• Perform detailed labor and material cost assessments

• Analyze subcontractor quotations for competitiveness

• Support project delivery with bid strategies

Requirements:

• Minimum five years estimating experience

• Diploma or degree in a related field

• Previous work with a General Contractor preferred

• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and estimating software
