Reporting to the Project Manager, the Project Coordinator will support planning, inspections, and project documentation for major construction efforts. This position requires expertise in monitoring work performance, managing costs, and ensuring safety compliance. If you excel at resolving project challenges and maintaining communication with stakeholders, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with project planning and implementation schedules
• Prepare and manage project documentation such as contracts
• Advocate for project concerns with Owners and Consultants
• Monitor site safety and ensure compliance with standards
• Conduct project performance analysis to maintain budget
Requirements:
• 2+ years of project coordination in construction
• Experience with MTO road projects and bridge structures
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize competing project demands
• Valid driver's license and travel flexibility
