Reporting directly to the V.P. Construction, the Project Manager takes charge of multiple projects, overseeing progress and aligning with budgetary goals. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, along with a proven track record in project management. Ideal candidates will have at least 5-10 years of experience in construction management and a commitment to effective team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver progress reports to V.P. Construction
• Establish project budgets in collaboration with Estimating Department
• Provide leadership to achieve schedule and budget goals
• Validate and reconcile costs to prevent overruns
• Manage prime contracts and negotiate subcontracts
Requirements:
• 5-10 years of project management experience
• Post-Secondary education in related fields
• Strong leadership with stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Effective communication skills
Become a key player in leading complex projects and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders in construction.
