Senior Lead Contract Administrator – Centrus

• Reporting to the Site Services Sr. Manager, conduct site visits and attend site meetings, oversee site activities, and provide quality control for a major complex rehabilitation project.
• Be responsible for project progress and site reports.
• Perform and supervise shop drawing reviews, answer contractor requests for information and issue contract changes.
• Assist with quality control/constructability reviews on drawings and specifications.
• Collaborate and coordinate with a large multi‑disciplinary team.
• Mentor Junior and Intermediate CA staff.

• 15+ years’ experience with a focus on the construction phase of projects.
• Sound technical and building envelope knowledge, strong understanding of applicable codes, and familiarity with construction practices on complex projects.
• Experience with a solid foundation working on Heritage Conservation projects is considered an asset.
• Recognized credentials from a construction contract administration course or other equivalent training are considered an asset.
• Preference given to candidates with knowledge of BIM principles & workflows, REVIT software, Microsoft 365 environment, and Bluebeam.

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $104,100 – $138,000

MB & ON: $94,100 – $124,900

NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: $94,100 – $124,900

The final salary awarded for this role may vary from the above range based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
