Project Manager for ICI Construction at MP Lundy

Reporting directly to the V.P. Construction, the Project Manager is responsible for overall project accountability. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills to effectively manage teams of five or more and ensure that project milestones and costs are met according to established schedules. You will liaise with clients, consultants, and suppliers to deliver dependable results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare progress reports for the V.P. Construction

• Collaborate with the Estimating Department on budgets

• Guide the project team to meet goals

• Set up and launch new projects effectively

• Mitigate budget overruns through cost validation

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of construction project management experience

• Post-secondary education in a related discipline

• Competency with Microsoft Office and Project

• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
