Position: Clearspace Junior Estimator Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in site surveys to compile site data

• Create and maintain project estimates using Excel tools

• Evaluate vendor quotes across different construction trades

• Timely price and communicate Test Fit Requests

• Support value engineering and project cost alignments

Requirements:

• 1–3 years in construction estimating or similar role

• Degree in a relevant field like construction management

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with attention to detail

• Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders

• Familiarity with construction technology is desirable
