This full-time, permanent position requires expertise in working with General Contractors, overseeing projects from pre-construction to closeout. Candidates must bring strong skills in document control, scheduling, and change management to support the timely completion of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare project startup documentation and maintain organized files

• Monitor site reports and stakeholder lists for multiple projects

• Issue sub-trade purchase orders and manage change orders

• Conduct weekly site visits and produce progress reports

• Review construction drawings and facilitate effective communication

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture

• 3-5 years of relevant Project Coordinator experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Project Management Software

• Strong analytical skills for interpreting technical specifications

• Valid Ontario Driver's License and reliable vehicle
