You'll be instrumental in fostering a safe working environment by working with construction leadership, HR, and site teams. This position lets you significantly impact employee safety and compliance across varied projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Liaise with employees to coordinate safety meetings
• Track compliance through employee training management
• Participate in Joint Health and Safety Committee meetings
• Facilitate safety orientations and onboarding tasks
• Collaborate on maintaining contractor compliance documentation
Requirements:
• 1-3 years of related health and safety experience
• Understanding of construction safety regulations
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
