• Prepare competitive estimates and budgets for diverse projects

• Participate in constructability reviews and risk management workshops

Requirements:

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field

• 5+ years of estimating or preconstruction experience

• Prior work with general contractors highly valued

• Thorough understanding of quantity take-off procedures

• Proficient in Excel and related estimating software
