Project Coordinator

North Co Services is hiring a Project Coordinator to support our fast‑growing siding division. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, can juggle moving parts with confidence, and values clear communication above all.

• Manage timelines, material ordering, and project communication
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
• Place and track orders for siding and related materials
• Delegate tasks to field runners and keep the crew informed
• Maintain organized, up‑to‑date project records
• Attend occasional off‑site meetings to support project execution

CA $65,000.00 - CA $85,000.00 per year

• 3+ years of experience in project coordination (construction/renovation preferred)
• 2–3 years of customer service or client‑facing experience
• Comfortable managing your own schedule and priorities
• Solid with Google Sheets (or similar tools) for tracking and planning
• Estimating and material takeoff experience – especially with siding
• Organized, transparent communicator with a positive, proactive mindset
• Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written) are required
• French fluency is an asset but not required
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
