Ottawa Civil Site Coordinator

Become the Civil Site Coordinator for Seymour Pacific and lead residential construction projects in the Ottawa Area. You will manage field work, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality are met. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing civil contract work and collaborating closely with subcontractors in office.

Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, along with excellent communication skills, are essential. This position involves regular travel to various job sites while focusing on safety and compliance.

• Monitor field work for compliance with company standards
• Participate in project coordination meetings
• Provide updates on project status and issues
• Identify risks and manage documentation processes
• Inspect and measure civil works quality

• At least 2 years in civil construction
• Experience managing civil crews is an asset
• Familiarity with contract formats required
• Strong blueprint reading skills necessary
• Must possess a Class 5 Driver's License
