Join PCL Constructors Canada as a Building Systems Coordinator and drive project success. This role involves coordination, safety adherence, and effective communication with diverse stakeholders to ensure compliance.
In this key position, you will support project teams in coordinating trades for mechanical and electrical systems. You'll be responsible for reading drawings, testing, and ensuring adherence to safety programs.
Your role also encompasses developing customer-focused relationships, managing timelines, and facilitating successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with the coordination of building systems trades
• Help with drawing coordination and quality control
• Conduct field testing and record findings accurately
• Attend and participate in architect and management meetings
• Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent; tradesperson preferred
• Basic knowledge of construction processes and systems
• Effective planning and organizational skills
• Experience or knowledge in a construction environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
