Senior Estimator

Position: Senior Estimator with MP Lundy Construction

As a key player in the Estimating Department, you will report to the Chief Estimator while preparing competitive bids for various-sized projects. Your analytical mindset and capacity to collaborate effectively will ensure successful project delivery and strong team relationships. Key Responsibilities:

• Review contract documents for project requirements

• Create schematic and tender estimates

• Conduct quantity take-offs and pricing

• Build relationships with subcontractors and suppliers

• Assist in project scope reviews and logistics plans

Requirements:

• Five years of estimating experience required

• Degree in Construction Management or related area

• Experience with commercial or institutional projects

• Knowledge of civil and structural systems

• Familiarity with digital take-off tools
