Lead Estimator in Ontario​/British Columbia

As a Lead Estimator, you will leverage over 8 years of relevant industry experience to oversee estimations for crucial projects. Your solid understanding of labor, equipment, and materials pricing will aid in successful bid compilations. You will also foster relationships with trade partners and support junior estimators in their professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate materials and manpower quantitatively

• Prepare detailed quantity summaries according to specs

• Identify and suggest project-specific pricing

• Review bids from suppliers and subcontractors

• Mentor junior team members and provide best practices

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in construction project estimation

• Minimum 8 years of experience in ICI estimating

• Strong knowledge in excavation and formwork

• Experience with estimation software

• History of mentoring junior team members
