You will take charge of the entire site operations, ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality are met while collaborating with diverse teams. Be instrumental in achieving project timelines and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all construction activities on assigned site

• Provide clear direction to site and sub-trade teams

• Collaborate with Project Manager on scheduling

• Monitor and enforce safety protocols on site

• Build relationships with clients and local partners

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience with ICI project values up to $40 million

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Familiarity with Lean construction methods beneficial

• Ability to utilize construction management software

• Degree in related field preferred
