Position: Senior Estimator at Buttcon Limited
Unleash your estimating expertise with Buttcon Limited as a Senior Estimator in the ICI construction sector. Lead project estimates, ensure contract execution, and deliver exceptional results.

In this pivotal role, you will report to the Vice President of Pre-Construction & Estimating, taking charge of the estimating team. Your responsibilities will include assessing detailed project plans, managing submissions, and collaborating on construction cost calculations. A solid understanding of estimating, budgeting, and scheduling is crucial for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze plans for discrepancies and prepare bids

• Manage bonding, insurance submissions, and trade requests

• Prepare comparison spreadsheets for division closure

• Conduct site visits and interact with clients

• Generate risk assessments and tender schedules

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or Construction Management

• A minimum of 10 years' experience in the ICI sector

• Familiarity with Procore and BIM software

• Strong leadership and multitasking skills

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
