Broccolini is actively looking for a Site Superintendent to direct field operations for projects ranging up to $30 million. In this role, you will coordinate site activities, promote safety, and mentor field staff. Collaboration and strong leadership are critical as you uphold our company values each day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and supervise daily site operations and activities

• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental protocols

• Document and manage site operations, including daily logs

• Assist in project scheduling and mitigate risks

• Foster collaboration with team members and external parties

Requirements:

• High school diploma required; preferred in civil engineering technology

• Minimum 4 years of construction supervision experience

• Strong knowledge of construction regulations and practices

• Skilled in MS Office and construction management applications

• English proficiency;
