Key Responsibilities:

• Track overall project progress and performance

• Work with stakeholders to finalize project requirements

• Administer financial controls and validate budgets

• Manage subtrade claims and project invoices

• Develop strategies for mitigating project risks

Requirements:

• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in construction management

• Relevant degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline

• Strong knowledge of QA/QC policies

• Familiarity with Procore is an asset

• Effective team collaborator and communicator
