Position: Superintendent for JCB Construction Projects
Lead construction efforts at JCB as a Superintendent, managing site operations and ensuring safety compliance. Oversee teams and resolve technical challenges effectively.

In the role of Superintendent, reporting to the Vice President of Field Operations, you will take on the responsibility of managing day-to-day site operations. Your leadership will involve workforce supervision, materials planning, and close collaboration with project management to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee planning and execution of site work

• Maintain supervision of teams and technical problem resolution

• Collaborate with Project Manager on site activities

• Ensure compliance with safety and health standards

• Keep detailed documentation and reports of project progress

Requirements:

• Diploma of Vocational Studies in construction or similar

• At least ten years of relevant experience

• Broad experience with various types of construction projects

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Ability to produce daily and weekly documentation
