In this vital role, you will oversee project coordination from pre-construction to closeout. Your responsibilities will cover crucial tasks such as organizing stakeholder communications, preparing change orders, and ensuring the accurate maintenance of all project documentation. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize required documents for project initiation and monitoring

• Update stakeholder lists and manage transmittals efficiently

• Coordinate purchase orders and prepare required change orders

• Maintain weekly site visits and prepare progress reports

• Review project plans for accuracy and compliance

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in Construction Management or related field

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar construction role

• Critical reading and analysis skills for construction drawings

• Proficiency in project management software

• Valid Ontario Driver’s License for site visits
