Key Responsibilities:
• Manage contracts to ensure compliance
• Coordinate daily contractual problem-solving
• Monitor schedules and project timelines
• Liaise with Client-Partners regarding risks
• Maintain comprehensive site activity records
Requirements:
• College diploma in engineering or related field
• Two years of relevant construction experience
• Knowledge of construction best practices
• Ability to interpret drawings and specifications
• Competence in project and risk management
