Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with supervision of subcontractors and suppliers

Requirements:

• Degree in Construction Technology or Management

• Over two years of residential construction experience

• Knowledgeable in Ontario Building Codes

• Experience with Tarion Warranty processes

• Effective problem-solving and customer service abilities
