Key Responsibilities:

• Support safety culture through training and engagement

• Review and audit construction safety practices

• Coordinate safety inspections and contractor assessments

• Provide technical direction to safety personnel

• Analyze construction activities for safety improvements

Requirements:

• Degree in Safety, Engineering, or Architecture

• Progressive experience in construction safety management

• Certifications like CRSP or CSP considered an asset

• Valid Ontario Class 'G' driver's license

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
